  Despite not expressing it to the public, well-known Indian television actress Hina Khan, who is facing stage three breast cancer, has disclosed that she is in pain all the time.

Indian media reports that Hina Khan, who is battling stage three breast cancer, just posted a new video to Instagram revealing that she has resumed filming for her next projects following chemotherapy.

In the comments, the Indian actress was trolling by some individuals, while her followers and fellow actresses applauded her bravery.

Hina Khan wrote a statement on her official Instagram story in reaction to the taunting. "Yes, there is constant discomfort. "I smile even though every second of my life is filled with pain," she said.

"Just because I don't show it, doesn't mean I'm not in pain," she continued. I just claim I'm alright and don't show my pain."

It's important to note that Hina Khan revealed her breast cancer diagnosis on June 28 via an Instagram post.

As part of the first round of her treatment, Hina Khan has already cropped her hair.

The actress has already begun her chemotherapy treatment and had surgery. Khan has begged her supporters to pray for her recovery and has stated her resolve to combat the illness despite the severity of her condition.
